UMPSA has achieved remarkable success in its 2024 Graduate Employability (GE) rate, recording an impressive 97.3%. The official 2024 GE data reflects responses from 2023 graduates who participated in the 2023 Graduate Tracer Study (SKPG), with a response rate of 96.3%.

The university also excelled in several key employability categories. UMPSA ranked first among public universities (UA) for "monthly income of graduates involved in entrepreneurship." In the skilled employment category, UMPSA secured second place, following UTM, with 83.6% of its employed graduates working in skilled professions, as defined by the Malaysian Standard Classification of Occupations (MASCO).

UMPSA also ranked third among UAs for first-degree graduate income, trailing only UTM and UM. Additionally, the university placed fourth in the category of graduates working abroad.

The breakdown of UMPSA’s GE status is as follows: 75.8% of graduates are employed, 15.7% are pursuing further studies, 3.1% are enhancing their skills, and 2.8% are awaiting placement.
